A Knoxville native and mom, Whitney is a Redken featured artist, an educator, and the creator of the Whitney Evans Beauty Hair Extensions Line and products, made with luxury human hair. She founded Whitney Evans Beauty in 2015. After 20 rewarding years behind the chair, she retired from taking clients so she could pass her passion and skills on to her team. Today she focuses on training, industry innovation, the hair line and education, and she leads a team of stylists with more than 50 years of combined experience.

Whitney Evans is the visionary behind Whitney Evans Beauty, where innovation, artistry, and passion come together to create an elevated salon experience. Whitney is deeply passionate about helping women look and feel their absolute best through her team’s customized color, luxury extensions, and modern techniques tailored to each individual client.

Why Whitney Started the Salon

Whitney built Whitney Evans Beauty with a simple vision: to create a place where every woman who walks through the doors feels loved, appreciated, confident, and beautiful.

But that vision has always extended beyond the guests we serve. Whitney wanted to create a home for stylists, too: a place where talented people could be their most creative selves, grow in their craft, support one another, and genuinely love the team they work alongside.

Whitney built the salon around one habit: listen first. It is a habit she spent 20 years perfecting behind the chair, and now she trains every stylist on it. Every new guest starts with a conversation with their stylist, and extension and color consultations are always free. From there, your stylist builds a plan around your hair, your routine and your goals, with color starting at $150, including a complimentary cut and style.
