Although our hair extensions are human, you still need to be careful not to ruin the integrity of the hair. Applying a toner or glaze to the extensions is ok, however, we DO NOT recommend lightening your extensions. When you lift color, you open the cuticle of the hair making the stands more vulnerable to dullness and breaking.
Tangles happen, which is why it’s imperative to keep up with the daily maintenance of your extensions, however, we know sometimes it’s unavoidable. If you have gently tried to detangle the extensions, but are unsuccessful, reach out to your extension expert and we will assist you.

Yes, you can swim with your hair extensions, but we encourage you to wear your hair in a braid, pretreating your hair before getting into the water, and washing or rinsing your hair immediately after your swim. You can follow these instructions to protect your hair while swimming.
