This innovative new system is extremely beneficial to hair health in many ways – and Whitney Evans Beauty is the premier OLAPLEX salon in Knoxville!

What is OLAPLEX?

Designed to repair and prevent hair damage for all hair types and textures (even hair extensions), OLAPLEX uses a revolutionary ingredient (bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate) to restore hair’s broken bonds from the inside out.

These damaged bonds can be caused by a variety of reasons, including chemicals (perms, relaxers, bleaching, coloring), everyday maintenance (brushing), environment (exposure to sunlight), hot tools (curling irons, hair dryers, flat irons), and even the body’s natural aging process.

To effectively repair hair damage and restore it’s natural beauty, OLAPLEX uses a patented three three-step system.

How Does The OLAPLEX Process Work?

To strengthen hair and fix the broken bonds, OLAPLEX uses a revolutionary bond-building technology field by its patented ingredient to repair hair from within. There are three-steps to this system and the first two must be performed by a trained professional in a salon.

Starting with OLAPLEX No.1 Bond Multiplier, a trained specialist will mix this solution (which contains a significant amount of the active ingredient) with a color formula to begin the bonding and restoration process. While this step is extremely effective for repairing damaged hair, the next steps are just as important for the system to achieve a visible result.

The next necessary step in the system is also performed in a salon by a trained professional. After OLAPLEX No.1 Bond Multiplier has been applied, processed and rinsed, the specialist applies OLAPLEX No.2 Bond Perfector. This product features OLAPLEX’s active ingredient in a smaller amount to continue the bonding process along with additional conditioning agents. After applying the product and combing it thoroughly through the hair, the specialist will let it sit for approximately twenty minutes for maximum effectiveness.

The final step of the process can be performed outside of the salon using OLAPLEX No.3 Hair Perfector. Using the smallest amount of the active ingredient mixed with conditioners, this step completes the bonding process, leaving hair looking and feeling fantastic!

While OLAPLEX is not the only bonding product available, it’s considered the best by industry experts. And it’s most effective when administered by a professional hair stylist/colorist in a salon.

Where Can I Find An OLAPLEX Salon in Knoxville?
